Code Geass is staging its comeback with a fresh anime project, and the highly anticipated Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture has unveiled its release date alongside a new trailer and poster! The franchise marked its 15th anniversary milestone a few years back with the exciting announcement of continuing its story through a series of new projects, expanding its rich world and universe.
Since then, fans have witnessed the franchise’s evolution with new films that pick up from the original TV anime’s narrative. Now, the franchise is poised to embark on a new cinematic journey that promises to elevate the story to unprecedented heights.
Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture marks a special four-part anime release within the franchise, slated to debut in Japan on May 10th. Subsequent parts will follow, with the second part releasing on June 7th, the third part on July 5th, and the fourth and final installment on August 2nd. While streaming will be available on Disney+ overseas starting in June, international release plans remain unconfirmed at the time of this publication.
