A famous anime that fell into obscurity is making a comeback in 2024

During the 2000s and 2010s, the world of anime was flooded with a variety of memorable productions. Titles like Naruto, the epic moments of One Piece, the acclaimed Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Attack on Titan, among others, dominated the scene. However, among all these works, one stood out strongly at the time but ended up being forgotten by many anime fans over time. However, a new chapter of this series is set to be released in 2024: Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest. This new series promises to bring new episodes, allowing fans to revisit their beloved and powerful wizards.

In case you’re unfamiliar, Fairy Tail is an anime that adapts the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Hiro Mashima. In it, we meet Natsu Dragneel, a powerful wizard who wields fire dragon slayer magic, and his loyal companion Happy, a flying blue cat. Natsu is on a quest to find his father, the dragon Igneel, also known as Salamander, who raised him from a young age. When Natsu arrives in the port city of Hargeon, he encounters Lucy Heartfilia, a celestial wizard who employs magic through celestial keys. Lucy dreams of joining the Fairy Tail guild, the strongest guild in the kingdom of Fiore—the continent where the story takes place. What she didn’t expect was to meet a member of the guild who invites her to embark on this adventure together.
